Cuánto tardan los envíos?

Tenemos dos opciones de envío, el envío express tarda de 2 a 5 días hábiles y el envío standard de 5 a 10 días hábiles (gratuito en pedidos arriba de $2,800.00).

Express a cualquier parte de México $250.00 Standard a cualquier parte de México $170.00

Si eres de CDMX, puedes utilizar el código “pickup” para pasar por tu pedido a nuestro estudio cuando esté listo, en un lapso de 5 a 8 días hábiles.

Hay cambios y devoluciones?

Al ser una marca emergente, por el momento no realizamos devoluciones, pero cambios, si.

Trabajamos con mucho cariño y cuidado en cada pieza, y te recomendamos revisar bien la guía de tallas y las descripciones antes de tu compra. Si tienes alguna duda, ¡estamos aquí para ayudarte antes de que compres!

Qué métodos de pago aceptan?

Tarjetas de débito y crédito, Paypal, Mercado Pago y Kueski.Nota: Mercado Pago te permite hacer depósitos por medio de OXXO y otras sucursales con días de espera para hacer el pago; tomar en cuenta que el pedido entra a producción una vez que se ve reflejado el pago.

Cuál es el proceso de cambios?

Dispones de una semana de cuando recibiste el paquete para enviarnoslo con sus etiquetas, sin haberse usado o lavado; cuando lo recibamos nos contactamos contigo para hacer el cambio ya sea por talla, color y/o producto.

Los cambios no incluyen gastos de envío y lo puedes enviar en la paquetería de tu preferencia.

Si 10 días han pasado desde tu compra, por desgracia no podemos ofrecer un cambio. Para ser elegible para un cambio, puedes enviar la prenda a la siguiente dirección:

Orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days following the day the order was placed.Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) bases, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

RETURNS

There are no changes or returns unless the garment has a manufacturing defect. 
 


In the event that the garment has a defect, we will provide you with the steps to exchange the item.

★You have 5 days after receiving your order to return the garments.
 


Simply fill in our contact form through the Help section with your order number. Note that all items must be returned UNUSED & IN PERFECT CONDITION (clean, with no stains or odors), no tears or damage, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return or exchange goods does not apply to goods made to your specification & goods in sale or discount.

You will then be contacted by a member of our team to organize the return of your order. You must arrange the return with the carrier of your preference by your means, COMPUTER VIRUS, DOES NOT OFFER compensation or pays for the returns.

Package your return item in ORIGINAL packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Once we receive your order back, all returned goods will be examined. If the garments are in perfect conditionCOMPUTER VIRUS will refund the complete price of the garment (excluding shipping fees). Once we have processed your returns, our customer service will contact you by telephone or e-mail. Your payment for the goods excluding shipping) will be refunded by COMPUTER VIRUS as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation)In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.

In flash sales, special discounts, and dynamic promotions, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

ORDERING ERRORS

You must submit the correct & complete shipping information in order to receive your order. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit order’ on the final page of our ordering process. Once your order is submitted you cannot change the items in your order neither the shipping information.If your shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, neither COMPUTER VIRUS or our shipping carrier are responsible for your parcel.
